it’s kind in “Old Town” Crested Butte. Gemini has been integrally involved in the
development of the fractional ownership and use plan, has guided the acquisition
of the Colorado State registration approval, and worked closely with the town of
Crested Butte to complete the project entitlements. Gemini went he extra mile by
attending Town Council meetings to educate council members about the benefits of
Fractional Ownership programs. This unique project is scheduled for occupancy in
2011.
