After 20 years of meticulously managing the Lodge Tower, Gemini’s affiliate, American Hospitality guided the redevelopment and expansion of this respected, slope-side property. They coordinated a design program, negotiated new amenities, coordinated and acted as Owner’s Construction Representative to complete the $6.5MM project.
